Cosys Dashboard is a web-based application and content management system (CMS) that is tightly integrated with the Cosys ERP system. Its purpose is to provide modern, easy-to-use web interfaces for business applications, enhancing the overall user experience. It is fully platform-independent, responsive by design, and can be used easily on mobile devices as well—requiring only a modern web browser, with no installation needed.

The system uses username and password-based authentication, identical to the credentials used in the Cosys ERP. This allows users to log in to the Dashboard using the same account as in ERP, simplifying administration and ensuring unified access – even though it is not a full SSO solution.

The Dashboard can also operate independently, meaning it is not limited to Cosys ERP usage. It can be integrated with other systems or deployed as a standalone web application.

The built-in CMS module allows for quick creation of custom, dynamic web interfaces – such as internal portals, document upload pages, or informational dashboards. Content and structure can be configured flexibly, and permission management supports tailored work environments.
